Jaime Delgadillo is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sheffield. He has 20 years of experience working as a psychological therapist and has published over 120 scientific articles and book chapters in the field of mental health. He has led several clinical trials of psychological interventions for depression, anxiety, addictions, and occupational burnout. His current work focuses on the use of digital health and artificial intelligence technologies to support mental health care.

Dr Stephen Kellett
Chair of the Clinical Advisory Board
Dr Stephen Kellett is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director of Psychological Therapies Research at Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Trust. An accredited Cognitive Behavioural and Cognitive Analytic psychotherapist, he has 26 years of NHS experience and was a Programme Director at the University of Sheffield. He has published over 180 peer-reviewed studies, using observational methods and RCTs to evaluate psychological interventions. His clinical interests are in the treatment of long-standing and chronic emotional problems.

Melanie Simmonds-Buckley is a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Sheffield and a Clinical Research Fellow at Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Trust. Her research focuses on developing personalised approaches to mental health treatment to improve patient care and outcomes. She has published over 40 scientific articles and has previously worked on developing and implementing therapy outcome feedback systems in NHS psychological services and on clinical trials that evaluate innovative psychological interventions.

Dennis Convery is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist at Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Trust. He is an experienced clinical teacher and supervisor at the University of Sheffield, where he trains Cognitive Behavioural Therapists who work in the NHS. Dennis has 20 years of experience as a clinician, trainer and supervisor.

Christian A Webb is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Co-Director of the Center for Depression, Anxiety and Stress Research, and Director of the Treatment and Etiology of Depression in Youth (TEDY) Lab at McLean Hospital. His work focuses on improving our understanding of the causes of depression in youth and improving treatments for depressed adolescents. His research integrates a range of different approaches, including digital health and artificial intelligence technologies.

Juan Martín Gómez Penedo is an expert researcher at University of Kassel and University of Osnabrück, Germany. He has published over 100 scientific papers and book chapters in clinical psychology. He has mainly worked on empirical research focusing on depression, anxiety and chronic pain. His main interests are precision in mental health, grounded on the use of machine-learning algorithms and psychotherapy process-outcome research.

Dr Shehzad Ali is a Canada Research Chair in Public Health Economics, an Associate Chair (Research) at Western University, and a Visiting Professor at the University of York. He is an expert in health economics and investigates how to allocate limited health system resources efficiently and equitably. His work lies at the intersection of economics, equity, and health services research, addressing a key public policy challenge of our time. In addition to serving as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board he will also undertake a health economics analysis of this trial.

Glenn Waller is Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sheffield. His specialty area is in the development and testing of CBT for eating disorders - particularly brief, effective interventions. He has published five treatment and self-help manuals, over 360 peer-reviewed papers, and over 20 book chapters. He regularly presents at national and international conferences, and is on the editorial boards of a number of journals. He served on the NICE committee that drew up the 2017 guidelines for eating disorder treatment. He is past President of the Academy for Eating Disorders and of the Eating Disorders Research Society.
